St. Patrick's Day STEM (Party / Workshop)
In this fun class, we'll discover what the pH scale and leprechauns have in common. We'll celebrate all things rainbows- rainbows from paper, food dyes, and universal indicator. Learn how you can make your own pH indicator with something found right in your refrigerator!
Easter (Party / Workshop)
Kids will marvel as Peeps expand in a vacuum jar, cheer for Eggbert’s egg-citing escape, and engineer their own bunny catapults. They’ll also create stunning chromatography flower bouquets and tackle jelly bean engineering challenges. It’s a hands-on adventure that blends holiday fun with scientific exploration!
Halloween Spooktacular (Party / Workshop)
Mad Science presents this spook-tacular event! Watch Count Eggbert’s hilarious coffin struggles and help break Countess Meggbert’s witchy spell with science! Enjoy creepy potions, an eerie cemetery effect, and floating eyeballs. Each child takes home glow-in-the-dark slime!
Mad Science Spooktacular Show
During this spook-tacular show, children will be amazed by the antics of Count Eggbert as he struggles to fit back into his coffin after a night of feasting. Countess Meggbert falls under a witches spell and the children will use science to figure out how to reverse the spell! The children will experience creepy potions and a cemetery effect, and floating eyeballs will amaze everyone!
Winter Wonderlab Party
Are you looking for the perfect touch of winter fun to add to your holiday event? Our Mad Science Winter Wonder Lab Program is just the thing. Have your audience gasping and laughing at the Mad Scientist’s exciting and merry science experiments. All will have a wonderful time of giddy goodness and festive fun! This festive event will have your kids gasping and laughing at the Mad Scientist’s exciting and merry science experiments. Through a mixture of science and magic the children will see gifts appear. Watch as our special Snowman is de-frosted right before their eyes! See an Insta-Snow explosion, dry ice, and more! Variations for Hannukah, Christmas, and New Years are available.
Winter Wonderlab Workshop
This festive program will have your kids gasping and laughing at the Mad Scientist’s exciting and merry science experiments. The Mad Scientist will introduce the audience to a mysterious North Pole rock that turns out to be Dry Ice. The Mad Scientist will make bubbling potions, popping corks, shivering quarters and clouds of fog. Create slimy sludge or insta-snow to keep!
The Case For Santa Claus Show
Join Mad Science as we take a light-hearted look at many of the abilities attributed to Santa. We will demonstrate that they may, in fact, be scientifically possible. Together we will seek answers to these nagging questions: Can he really get down the chimney? Wouldn't a fire in the fireplace hurt him? Can a sleigh really fly? These, and more, are the subject of experiments in our show!
